The stock market is a powerful tool that produces new millionaires everyday.

Unfortunately, stock market investing is viewed as complicated, risky, and a fit only for those who come from privileged backgrounds and beginnings. This presentation breaks down the “Three D’s” of Investing and how anyone can get started investing today. The presenter will show the participants actual investments that many of the wealthiest people and companies invest in, and then, they will teach them how they too can invest in the same opportunities for as little as $1.

This presentation is by no means a boring, “talking head” monologue. Rather, participants become part of the presentation through simple stories, examples, and pop culture references that make this amorphous concept simple and easy to understand.

 About the Presenter

Michael Pittman is family-man, business owner, and a TRIO alumnus! After graduating salutatorian of his high school graduating class, Michael went on to complete a bachelor's degree in engineering at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. While there, he secured an internship at an investment firm and became one of the youngest mutual fund brokers in the country at just 21 years old. Michael has helped thousands of people manage tens of millions of dollars, and he now takes his passion for personal finance and delivers powerful and engaging workshops through his company Simple Money Academy.
