Come share your expertise and train TRIO professionals and others from all across the State of Oklahoma!

Proposals will be evaluated based on their relevance to this year's conference theme, "Cruising to Success". We are seeking engaging, interactive and informational presentations to help TRIO professionals (directors, advisors, coordinators, etc.) develop strategies related to the theme and/or improve their TRIO programs.

Seeking Topics:

Campus Safety

All things for new TRIO Directors (APR, Priority Training, Budget, Legs & Regs, etc)

Empowering Underserved Students (LGBTQ+, AAPIDA, POC, Veterans, People with disabilities, etc)

Facilitator Preparation (Making workshops meaningful & engaging, planning & organizing, etc)

Any other topics are welcomed!

Breakout sessions will take place on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at the Embassy Suites OKC Medical Center, Oklahoma. Each breakout is configured into a 45 minute session.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A strong proposal will clearly identify what knowledge, skills, and tools participants will gain from the breakout session. (Presenters, please bring your own laptop for presentations. Thank you!).
